The setting is nice but noisy.
The waiters are too comfortable and look down on you.
The kitchen is more than basic.

So there, Coup de Coeur. We went to eat there thanks to the Gourmand passport and it was a total surprise where we went from delight to delight. The Hop menu was of great finesse, the tastes were subtle, well in harmony. The presentation of the plates was elaborate with attention to detail. The service was very pleasant, the wine was a very drinkable Burgundy chardonnay. The setting is pleasant, mixing old and modern and the restaurant has a very beautiful terrace. We spoke with the owner at the end and she took us into the kitchen to discuss with the cooks whom we complimented, these are also perfectly visible through a workshop-type glass roof. In short, a superb discovery full of finesse and research. I would give it one more star. See you soon !

A very nice surprise. I wasn't expecting that in a restaurant overlooking a roundabout. A very modern interior setting, good acoustics and excellent, refined, original and surprising cuisine. Accommodating and pleasant staff. In short, we will come back!
